Spyder's Wonky House

This fun digital image was a Wednesday freebie from
The person for whom this was made just returned home after being in and out of the hospital and rehab for over a year.  The day before she was to come home, we got 16" of snow.  Under the circumstances and to make the scene look more realistic, I covered all the bushes and the roof with white flocking for snow and added a bit of glitter for ice.  I also added a few stamped snowflakes around the house, each with a touch of glitter.   That's washi tape across the bottom.  I sponged just a bit of crystal blue on the embossed card stock and around the edges.  The Welcome Home was computer generated and popped.  The little door is paper pieced and popped.

I'll be entering this card in the following challenges:
Crafting with Dragonflies Challenge #20 - Use a freebie ( Spyder's Corner)
Ave 613 Create Challenge #60 - Anything Goes w/ twist Use Your Country's Colors (USA colors are red, white, and blue)

Ribbon Carousel Challenge #90 - Washi Tape
Sparkle N Sprinkle February Challenge - Anything Goes (I used flocking and glitter)
The Paper Girls Challenge #50 - Home
