The new challenge at Double Trouble was, indeed, a challenge for me.
We are snowbirds and I travel with only a small stash of card making supplies. And because I am always an overachiever and want to make all the Troubles happy, I needed to think out of the box for
Challenge #186 3-2-1 Recipe "Pinch Proof"
Thing #1's recipe posed my first problem. I have no stencils here. Using some dies I made two of my own, one a row of triangles and the other scattered leaves.
Using the sketch from Try a Sketch on Tuesday Challenge #665, Thing #2's request, was easy.
But Thing #3's idea to use shamrocks was almost a deal, or should I say challenge, breaker! And then I had an epiphany and was able to comply. Can you find my 3 shamrocks?
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog.
You were challenging me but I found them. Even though we made up the shamrock optional twist this was very difficult for my project too... silly that we thought that was easy. I love that you try to meet all the silliness we have in our post challenges... love how you were able to use dies for your stencils and what a beautiful interpretation of our sketch using the floral. You never disappoint us. Thanks for sharing your creative card with us at Double Trouble and TSOT.
ReplyDeleteThis is fabulous - and yes, I did find the shamrocks! Thanks for sharing with us at both Double Trouble and TSOT :)
