Double Trouble Challenge #36

Wow! It's Friday already! In this area school starts next week.
My great granddaughter starts kindergarten!
Twisted Sister at Double Trouble Challenge has school on the brain, too, and requested school themed cards for this week's twist to go with the actual challenge theme:
Round and Round.
I think I'll give this to the little boy who just moved in next door for his first day of school.  He is starting kindergarten, too.

I also decided to participate in the Joy of Sets Tic Tac Toe Challenge

and followed the diagonal from bottom left to upper right, Plaid, Animal, and Circle.

Here are a few more challenges I am entering

House Mouse and Friends Challenge #298 - AG with option of dies
Die Cuttin Divas Challenge #434 - Back to School (stitched circle die)

How's your Mojo today?

We are expecting our grandsons in an hour.  Matthew is my crafty buddy and I'm sure we'll be very busy today.  He usually arrives with specific ideas.  It's always interesting to see in what direction his Mojo will take us.
As for Nana, I always get a little jump start on Monday mornings with the Mojo Monday Sketch.
I love this pink/green paper pack by Lily of the Valley & NitWit Collections, a freebie from one of my magazines.
The pinwheel and sentiment are CTMH stamps.  I couldn't resist adding a few skittles.  After I took my photos, as I was cleaning up my workspace, I uncovered the tiny twine bow.  It was the perfect color, so I quickly added it and took a new photo.

Challenges for this card include:
Alphabet Challenge - K is for kind thoughts

Have a nice day, everyone!

Create with TLC digitals Image #2

Create with TLC is having a Progressive Freebies Challenge to celebrate World Card Making Day.
Here's my second card for the challenge:

This is actually the freebie for Sunday.  I'm trying to get up to date, so as soon as I get this card posted I can send it in and get the next digi image.  Which means, I may be back with more cards, later today.

I am going to also enter this card in these other challenges:
Die Cuttin Divas Challenge #185- Anything Goes with a die  (I used a Spellbinders Die for the faux tag.)

Did you know Hershey's also makes Twizzlers?

My grandson, a never ending fountain of trivia, asked me this last Friday when I took him early birthday shopping. (He'll already be living at the Milton Hershey School in August when his birthday arrives.)
His question reminded me of a sheet of puffy stickers I had somewhere in my stash.  I only had to look in 3 drawers, the first one twice, before I found the stickers. I mailed this card before he left Monday, so that he'd get it the first week he was there.
I was especially happy, when I tucked the card in the envelope, that the sentiment (CTMH stamp) will be the first thing he sees.  I didn't plan it that way.  And I've decided the embossing folder I used on this card is my new favorite.  It's so fun!

Do you see the marks on the back of the envelope?  That's from writing the address on the front.  So always remember to address the envelope before inserting your card or these impressions will be on the card too.

I am entering this card in the following challenges:
Brown Sugar Challenge #104 - For the Boys
Crafts for Eternity Recipe Challenge #186 - Bunting and Banners
Crafty Catz Challenge #241 - Anything Goes

Simon Says Wednesday Challenge - Emboss It
Word Art Wednesday Challenge #142 - Anything Goes
My Time to Craft Challenge #254 - Use Kraft (The card base and layers beneath the red CS are kraft.)
Suzy Bee's Bloomin Challenge #39 - Anything Goes
Treasured Times Stamps Challenge #21 - Anything Goes
