I've been busy making some display cards for Joyce's Close to My Heart Booth at the Heirloom Rubber Stamp and Paper Arts Festival which will be in York, PA October 13th & 14th. This origami tree card is always a favorite so I updated it with new stamps and papers.
This card might be one of the make and takes I teach at the show.
And this is an origami gift card holder I was just had to make because I just love neat folds.
Check out the cool class Joyce is going to teach on Friday afternoon while I'm busy slaving away getting the booth in order. Isn't this a beautiful centerpiece? The star is one of CTMH's new products and all those little flowers are cut using the cricut cartridges made exclusively for CTMH. You can sign up for the class here.
Earlier this morning I posted my Mojo Monday Card and headed out the door. I'm home now and, as promised, here is some info on my card:
I used the Sparkle N SprinkleStamp Set Christmas Greetings for both the "let it Snow" banner and the random stamped background paper that is behind the large Snowflake. Both the large and small snowflakes, which are cardboard dimensional elements, are embossed with Peppermint Stick Embossing Powder from SNS. The large snowflake I left white before embossing. The smaller one I lightly inked with a pale blue ink before embossing. The embossing powder is semi-transparent so the blue shows through and looks really cool with the glittery white and pink in the powder.
