 Here is this week's sketch:

With Mother's Day over it's time to start making Father's Day cards.  I made this slimline card using a layered sheet by Crafter's Companion of Popcorn the Bear.

The sentiment was a cricut cut from the CTMH Artiste cartridge.

Tuesday Morning Sketches Challenge # 656

Welcome to my blog, where I have
a new card
to share with you each week for
Tuesday Morning Sketches

 Here is this week's sketch:

I had a real problem choosing which card, of the 3 I made, would be my front and center pick to show you today. This gift card holder is the one I like the most.
This is a mini slimline gift card holder.

When you pull up the card, the gift card portion is exposed.

I suppose it is only fair to show you the other 2 cards.
Maybe you would have chosen a different one to spotlight.

I used a book cover design on this card.
The inside of the card.

The back of the card.

And this gift card holder is card # 3.

I hope you'll have time to play along at
this week.
The other members of the TMS Design Team would love it if you'd visit their blogs, too.

Here is this week's sketch by Melissa Craig.

 And here is my card:
The bees and sentiment are CTMH stamps and dies.

The bees wings have a layer of shiny velum on top.
The doily, a SU die, has been embossed and debossed.

I hope you'll have time to play along at
this week.

CAS Get Well

With the laundry finished and the bread pudding baked,

here's a quick card I decided to make.

using CTMH stamps

It is my contribution to this week's Double Trouble Challenge #106,  a CAS card with just one color.

And I'm also entering this in their partner challenge :

Thanks for visiting.

Tuesday Morning Sketches Challenge #644

Welcome to my blog, where I have
a new card
to share with you each week for
Tuesday Morning Sketches

This week's sketch is by Debbie Foster and is super simple.

My grandson has a birthday soon.  This card is for AJ.
The bug stamps are from CTMH.  The birthday stamp is a straight acrylic stamp from Simon Says Stamps.  When placing it on the acrylic block, I curved it to match the curve of the circle before stamping.

I hope you'll have time to play along at
this week.
The Design Team would love it if you'd visit our blogs.
