Yesterday I came across 2 pieces of A2 sized patterned paper that a friend sent to me last year. I thought it would make a lovely birthday card for my DIL, whose birthday falls on Halloween. Usually I go with a Halloween theme for her card. But I thought I'd go with more of an autumn theme this year. I like how it turned out.
I had planned to share this at Double Trouble Challenge # 202,
Shades of Fall. However, I am missing one of the required recipe ingredients (stenciled or dry embossed element).
But I will enter it in the October
Pearly Sparkles Challenge Blog #112 -
Pumpkins and/or Autumn Leaves.
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
Oh my, Debbie this card is gorgeous. What a pleasant surprise in your stash for the patterned paper and ssuming the images are ephemera they are a great match. Feel soo bad you missed one of the ingredients... maybe a 2nd card in the works using something embossed or stencilled in place of the glitter... lol. Truly, gorgeous card... I know how much you try to meet all the elements of our challenges, and in the support you have given us at Double Trouble, we truly appreciate.
