Watermelon just isn't the same without seeds. That's how we feel about it. Besides, the seedless watermelons still have seeds. They are just those tiny ones that you can swallow but are useless in a seed spitting contest!
While Gerda Steiner is taking a summer break, she has left us with 2 cute digi images to play with and enter in her progressive challenge. Here is one of them, Watermelon Kid:

This cute little dude is being entered in the following challenges:
Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers Challenge #36 - D is for Dudes
Creative Corner Challenge - Just for Boys
Really Reasonable Ribbon Challenge # 119- Masculine w/ Ribbon or Trim (I've used baker's twine.)
That's all for today. I'm headed back to my craft table where I'm working on a final batch of cards for Operation Write Home, since they won't be accepting cards much longer.
Now what do I do with all these cards I just can't stop making?
Super cute card, that wee dude looks like he is enjoying his watermelon!

ReplyDeleteI agree - I send most of my cards to operation write home too, but the other ones I don't send to them go to Send a Smile 4 Kids. They are growing and need cards for kids who are hospitalized. Not get well cards, but fun, happy and cheery cards like this special one you've made. Thanks for your entry at The House that Stamps Built. Here is the donation site for SAS4Kids if you are interested and do pass the word!
