The Cool Chicks digital stamp set from Beccy's Place is one of my favorites.

DP is from CTMH and embossed with a SU embossing folder.
Chick and frame are colored with Promarkers. Birthday sentiment is a CTMH stamp. Die cuts are from the Vintage Flourish set by Our Daily Bread.

I love the background you used on this card Debi, it looks like confetti and is perfect for a birthday card! You did a great job colouring the image and I like the addition of the little die cut mat for your sentiment. Great job.
