After a 4 hour drive, which should have been a 2 hour drive, my DH and I have returned home from a fun vacation with my son and his family. The suitcases remain unpacked, but I have been to my mother's and the grocery store. Dinner is cooking on the stove. I have opened the important mail... a package containing 2 cute High Hopes stamps I won in a challenge at One Crazy Stamper, some fab die cuts from my friend, Judie, (thanks a bunch, they are gorgeous!), and a note from a very dear friend. And, happily, I now have ink on my fingers.
It was really tough deciding which challenge I wanted to catch up on first. I decided to combine the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #120 with the Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge #155 and make a birthday card I need for my grandson's 14th birthday tomorrow.
|(All products and stamps used are CTMH)|
I am also entering these challenges:
Crafty Friends Challenge #12 - Clean and Simple
Send a Smile 4 Kids Challenge - CAS for Kids
Fantasy Stampers Challenge #43 - Boys Rule
Splendiferous Creations Bloggers Challenge - Birthday
Dinner is smelling pretty good and should be almost ready to serve. Tomorrow, I'll tackle the Mojo Monday Sketch.
And, after dinner, I imagine I'll work on those suitcases. Unfortunately, they don't unpack themselves.
Nice to be home.
