I recently received a handmade card in the mail with very evenly spaced holes in the envelope and bling showing through. Sometimes making a card that fits in an envelope without requiring extra postage and/or hand canceling can often be a bit challenging. Having one arrive unscathed becomes a celebration. The gals at Cards in Envy have created a new blog challenge tailored to this issue. The #1 requirement of the cards made is that they fit in an envelope with no worries about postage, etc. What a great idea!
Cards in Envy has just posted their first challenge. It's a very simple sketch challenge.
I am entering this card
in both the Cards in Envy Challenge and the Send a Smile 4 Kids Easter/Spring Challenge.
Here's a second card I made based on this sketch. I just love this little birdie paper I picked up last week.
That bird stamp is lovely, especially the tone on tone with the blue. Thanks for joining the Cards in Envy challenge!!
