Birthdays can be "ruff"

My younger brother's birthday is on Monday.  So making his birthday card was on my "To Do" list for today.  Thought I'd use the new Abby & Walter's Birthday stamp set from SNS and some paper a friend of mine left on my doorstep a couple weeks ago.

      The balloon was simply colored with a marker. Then I put a thick layer of SNS dimensional glue all over it and let it dry. Very easy.
