Caution! Holidays approaching quickly!

One week to Thanksgiving and only 5 weeks until Christmas, 

how did that happen?  

Today I have 2 Thanksgiving cards to show you.

For the first Thanksgiving card I've used a free digital image from 

A Day for Daisies.  I added a simple stamped sentiment, wood trinkets which I colored with markers, some twine and a small bird charm.  I embossed the kraft background paper with a houndstooth pattern so that I could enter it in the current A Day for Daisies Challenge #109 - Houndstooth

I've used the precolored digital image and sentiment from Deedee's Digi of the Month Set, Mix it up! And I'll be entering this in the Deedee's November Progressive Challenge. 

 I kept this free of embellishments so it would have a more masculine feel.
