Time for turkey cards

Yesterday was my birthday.  I celebrated it over lunch with 7 of my card class buddies, a dear friend, my granddaughter and great granddaughter (see photo below).   I received such an array of gorgeous handmade cards.  I give thanks for each and every one of these wonderful friends.  I am also thankful that little 8 month old Laila did not cry all the way home after crying all the way there 

(a 45 minute ride which seemed like an eternity).

 

The stamps I used for this card are all CTMH, the embossing folder is one I forgot I had, and the spritz of gold  is Radiant Rain Shimmering Mist.
