Day #20 + CTMH Cards Class 11/17/15

After viewing this post, I suggest you hop over to Beccy's Place to see how beautiful her Negative Coloring is.  Mine is not the best, but okay for my first attempt.  Well, to be honest, this is actually my 5th attempt.  The first 3 were cardinals, now in the trash.  And then I switched to this pine bough stamp, and the first one also is in the trash.  I probably need a different type of white pencil and definitely a lot more practice.  This is my card for Day #20 of Beccy's Month of Holiday Cards using Negative Coloring:
(Stamps are from Sparkle n Sprinkle)

There was no sun at all here yesterday.  Today looks like we'll have plenty.   It's a much better day to photograph and show you the CTMH cards we made on Tuesday at Joyce's.

This last card features the November SOTM set.  I already put in my order because the stamps will also be useful for graduation cards this spring and other congratulatory occasions.

Lots to do today.
I sure hope the theme for Day #21 at Beccy's Month of Holiday Cards is a simple one!

  1. well... finally all your practise has yielded a stunning card! Petra DT Beccy's Place

  2. I think you did a wonderful job Debi, and you should get extra kudos for your persistence. The pine bough looks great, and I like the great embossing folder you used.... goes perfectly with your focal image. Top marks for trying something new!

Thanks so much for saying hi.
