Before I go through the button box to make something for Day #11 at Beccy's Month of Holiday Cards Challenge, I did a bit of Patchwork, using an embossing folder and ink, for Day #10. I even found an old, old CTMH stamp of a little mouse snuggled under a patchwork quilt to add.
First I tried inking the embossing folder before running the paper through the cuttlebug. But I found that sponging the paper after it was embossed gave me a cleaner look. Beccy also has a great Patchwork Tutorial on her blog that is must try.

ReplyDeleteI love your patchwork card Debi, it's fabulous! You got such a great result from sponging over the embossing, and I love the matching image of the little mouse snuggled under his patchwork blanket.
ReplyDeleteThe CTMH collection of cards you made with Joyce are wonderful. You've got a nice little stash of holiday cards to get you started!
Cheers,
Beccy
