My friend, Mickey, has been helping me brainstorm to come up with something beginning with a "U" for Day #23 of Beccy's Place Month of Holiday Card Challenge. It's an unbelievably difficult letter. Our list included Underwear, Unicorn, Ugly Christmas Sweater, Uneven, Under the Mistletoe, Up on the Rooftop. Then, as I looked through the digital images I have from Beccy's Place, I came across the perfect "U".
Utensils,
a wooden spatula and spoon in the
I put a SU doily Under the image and used a wood stamp I purchased, maybe 10 years ago, at my very first stamp show for the sentiment. The patterned paper is from CTMH and is the flip side of the tree paper I used on yesterday's card. I picked up the paper glitter tape at My Favorite Things last winter. It's kind of an Unusual shade, but I think it works fine here.
Thanks, Mickey, for all your help.

What a clever use of the "U". I've yet to make my U card, thanks for some inspiration. Congratulations on your win at Beccy's Place!
ReplyDeleteHow clever of you Debi... and Mickey too, of course. I wouldn't have thought of utensils, but that's a good one, and you found a good image to go along with the prompt. I love the sentiment you added as well. Awesome!
