Merry Christmas/Happy Birthday

My blog has been neglected of late.  I've only been posting cards that I've made for the two design teams on which I serve.  Not sure how that happened, but I shall try to do better.

Tuesday I taught a small card class of Delightful Dazzling Dames, my Red Hat Chapter.  It was a purple/butterfly themed class.  These are the four cards they made.

As I was putting my supplies away and using up extra pieces, I decided to revise the bottom right card.

How do you like this?

The dies are from Cheery Lynn (bell), Sizzix (sentiment), and ODBD (frame).

Now I'll pop this into a few challenges and then go back to putting my supplies away.

Challenges:

Cardz 4 Gals Challenge #176 - Triangles

Krafty Chicks Challenge # 618 Week 5 - Anything Goes

Simon Says Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes

Tuesday Morning Sketches Challenge #660

Welcome to my blog, where I have
a new card

Tuesday Morning Sketches

Does anyone else have trouble throwing out scraps of paper?  I save it all.  You just never know. Right? But eventually my scrap box starts bulging at the seams. To alleviate the problem, I pulled out the smaller pieces and began die cutting flowers in all shapes, colors, and sizes.  So what if there is only room on the piece of scrap to cut 4 of the 5 petals?  I can hide that under another flower and no one will be the wiser.

For this week's Tuesday Morning Sketch Challenge card, I decided to use some of the flowers and leaves that are currently in small piles on my dining room table.

Here is this week's Tuesday Morning Sketch:

and my card:
