Send A Smile 4 Kids December Challenge

The theme for the December Challenge at

Follow SAS4Kids on Facebook!
is
I love you "Snow" much!

(Anything Goes for kids is always acceptable, too.)

For this I decided to use a new snowman die that I picked up last year.  First, I needed to separate all the little (and I'm not exaggerating when I say little) die pieces.  I have a small jewelry nipper that works wonderfully.  However, when I snipped the little nose from inside the hat, it flew.  I had no idea where.  And my work table was so cluttered, my hopes of finding it were small.  I went through piles, I moved things around, I shook things, I crawled around on the floor, I checked my shoes and then decided I was perfectly capable of cutting out a snowman nose without the die.  And that's exactly what I did.

It would be great if you joined the fun at the
December Challenge.
(Cards only, please. And they need not be donated.)

Please take some time and visit the fabulous blogs of my teammates.
They work so hard and are very creative!

Thanks for stopping by my blog!
BTW  I found the die a few days later laying on the carpet.
I never thought I'd see that again!

Last card for the Christmas Kickstart Challenge

This month I am participating in

The Cat Lovers Christmas Kickstart Challenge

It has been fun seeing all the wonderful cat themed cards.
I was surprised to see how many cat images are in my stash.  The challenge allows you to enter 6 cards, which means this is my last.

But, I can still enter Gail's Tic Tac Toe Challenge.
This kitty is ready for a snowball fight.

I used a die to form the scalloped edge of the snowbank, white glitter paper for the snow, and an embossing folder, the first column down.

So happy you had time to visit my blog.

Joyful Stars Close to My Heart December Blog Hop

Welcome to the December

Close to My Heart Joyful Stars Blog Hop.
Have some fun hopping between the blogs of this group of talented Close to My Heart consultants, and me, where we share creative projects using CTMH products.
Here are my contributions:

I've used papers from all three of the new paper packs in the Close to My Heart  November, December 2019 catalog.  The stamps are all retired CTMH stamps.
Now, since this is a blog hop,

you might have arrived here from  Marie Flayer's blog.
Your next stop is Stephanie Huber's FB page
(click on the "Post" link )
Stephanie is currently experiencing some technical difficulties.
Please hop to Andrea Sherman's blog to see her wonderful No Peekin' Gift tags.

The hop is circular.
If you are just starting here,
simply continue hopping until you find your way back,
making the full circle.

Beccy's Month of Holiday Cards: Day 19

We are arriving at some of the more difficult letters of the alphabet at Beccy's Month of Holiday Cards Challenge.
For example, the letter "Q".
Beccy's Quilted Deer digital image is perfect for this challenge.
For my first card, I paired the precolored image with a quilted embossing folder for a quick and easy card.

For my second card, I paired the same image with a quilted die.

This second card was inspired by one I saw on the
I have never been quite sure what to do with pieced quilts.  They are usually square and if you are not making a square card you have that empty space....  But I liked the way the Farmhouse Memories card had a collection of instruments in one corner, just partially covering the quilt.
