This morning a few Delightful Dazzling Dames from my Red Hat Chapter gathered to make these 6 Christmas Cards.
This is a tri-fold card from a Paper Pumpkin card kit by Stampin Up. |
Below are views as you open the card. |
The inset images are from Gecko Gals. |
The snowflake embossing folder just came in the mail earlier this week from Simon Says Stamp.
The other embossing folder is from SU.
Since the current challenge(#181) theme at Double Trouble Challenge is "It's Up To You", I'm going to enter the very first card in their challenge. You might wonder why I chose that one. Well, Twisted Sister aka Thing 3 will appreciate the glittery bow on the top of that card and give me an extra chance in the random drawing. And for another chance, I'm entering it in the Jingle Belles Wrap It Up Challenge, too.
I'd love to know which card is your favorite and which image you would have chosen for the last card.
Thanks for stopping by.
This week's Double Trouble Challenge theme is
"Stitch It Up"
and their partner challenge is
Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge.
I'm trying to get ready for a card class next week. My dining room table is totally covered in crafty Christmas stuff. Putting everything away to exchange it for a cooked bird is so non-productive. But, before I prepare for the big feast on Thursday, and while everything is right at my fingertips, I quickly made this card for the two challenges above.
Yesterday was the monthly luncheon of the
Delightful Dazzling Dames Red Hat Chapter.
One of our lovely members brought each of us a little chocolate treat in pretty fall cupcake papers. Using one of the papers and lots of layers, I made her this Thank You card.
This week's Double Trouble Challenge theme is
"Lotsa Delicious Layers"
and their partner challenge is
where I'll be entering this card.
The fall colors, leaves, and cup were my inspiration for my card.
I'll also be sharing it at the
2024 Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
Enjoy your day.

Once again I'm playing in the Double Trouble Challenge.
Once again I'm playing in the Double Trouble Challenge.
You'll find the challenge details below:
Here's my entry:
The requirements didn't limit our cards to Halloween or Fall. They did have an option of using one die that represents one of the two. I needed a birthday card. So, I added a black cat from one of my CTMH cricut cartridges for a little Halloween touch.
Besides, the recipient of this card just loves cats!
The little mouse, the balloons, and the frame were all die cuts.
I'll be entering the October die cut challenge at A Cut Above also.
I thought I'd enter a few more fun challenges:
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Add Texture
Seize the Birthday Challenge #293 - Dots
Make My Monday Challenge #236 - Kid Friendly

Wow! It's been months since I entered the challenge at
A friend told me that I've been missed, and I decided to remedy that by making the card below:
I'll also be entering this in the
Crafter's Cafe Challenge: AG with an animal option
This card was very time consuming, but worth it for a little guy who hasn't been receiving my cards the last few years. I made him cards, I sent him cards, but I have no clue who received them or the gifts inside. He and his family moved and no one told me.
I finally have their new address.
He better receive this card!
Have a great day!
