Thought I'd quickly squeeze in a card for Double Trouble Challenge #45, before I finished my cookie baking.
Here is a birthday card using a black & white striped border and 3 additional colors.
I no sooner get the last Christmas card made and in the mail when I need to make a pile of birthday cards for the next two weeks!
One down, a bunch to go!
Challenges:
Double Trouble Challenge #45 - stripes, black & white + 3 colors, enter CDC #373/374
Color Dare Challenge #373/374 - black & white & 3 colors
Time to preheat the oven.
Such a striking creation, many thanks for sharing with us at Allsorts challenge. Wishing you a Peaceful Christmas Season.

Hello, Debi! Your birthday card is beautiful! I love the striped border! Just popping in to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteLove this - the black floral paper (one I have not considered using this way) is gorgeous! Thanks for sharing with us at Colour Dare :)
ReplyDeleteLove the use of black as the background!
ReplyDeleteGreat card, Debi! I like the way you repeated the use of the black & white plus the way you echoed the design by embossing the white and aqua cardstock. You even repeated the scallops. Nice layout, too. Thank you for playing along at Color My Heart Color Dare.
