First....
Congratulations to the Double Trouble Challenge, Thing 1, Thing 2, Thing 3, and all the Sneeches on your 200th Challenge! It is always fun to play along! Thanks for all your hard work!
The theme for this 3-2-1 recipe challenge is
I'm not so good at doodling so I used an old CTMH stamp set.
(This is actually the second card I made.)
I started out making a card using the flower stamp from the same set only I couldn't decide on the color. I stamped, colored and fussy cut, stamped, colored and fussy cut, stamped, colored and fussy cut...
And finally, I just glued them all onto one card and called it a day.
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
We got a new computer and you wouldn't believe how long it took me to do this! I still don't know what key I pushed to make the last picture appear. Oh my. Oh my.
Debi, I love your birds with their doodle-like patterns! Fussy cutting them out and mounting with dimension really adds to your card! Thank you for sharing your creativity with us both at Double Trouble, and at Try A Sketch on Tuesday for our doodle challenges!!! -Donna
ReplyDeleteThese stamped images were an excellent choice for our doodle challenges, Debi! Your colors work beautifully, as well as the addition of the clouds. Thank you for playing along at TSOT and Double Trouble. (I have that stamp set and have only used it once. You have inspired me to use it again.)
ReplyDeleteThese are super cute - love the birds! I totally understand about the doodling struggle! Thanks for sharing with us at both Double Trouble and TSOT :)
ReplyDeleteLove the cloud scene you created with your birds and the added dimension fussy-cutting and coloring your oodles of doodles, and all within that one stamp for both cards. And one of my favorite CTMH stamps. Yep, hard to believe we are in the 200th challenge, and with you starting one year of inception of DTC means out of the 175 challenges you have created 150. Thank you so much for your participation in our challenges, your support is valued.
ReplyDeleteSuper cute card. Love the doodle-inspired birds. Hope you have a beautiful day, too. Thanks for joining us at Try A Sketch On Tuesday.

I love both of your cards, Debi! Your bird card totally looks like you drew the birds and flowers, then doodled on them. So fun and bright! Thanks for sharing with us at Try a Sketch on Tuesday!
