The technique I used for this card is called sunburst by some and starburst by others.
The Oh Deer and Seaglass glitter papers are from CTMH.
I used die cuts for the white circle and candles; a punch for the glittered circle; and the CTMH Artiste Cricut cartridge for the glitter bow.
