My grandson's favorite subject in school this year is engineering.
For his 15th birthday tomorrow I thought I'd try some engineering of my own by making him a card with a mechanical iris.
When you move the yellow tab up,
the eye opens and this is what you see.
It works a little harder than I'd like, but I'm no engineer!

Debi, what a great card for a teenager's birthday! Love the iris shutter you used to disclose his age, and the inside is terrific with the number appearing on the golf pennant!
