Any card can be a gift card holder....

all you need to do is put a gift card inside.  But if you want to make sure it doesn't fall out when the recipient opens the card, just add a little piece of paper with a half circle removed from the top edge.

For a little pizazz, I also added a strip of patterned paper to match the front of the card.  And there's still plenty of room to add the sentiment.
